Gianna Chapman, LPC, NCC, Clinical Director

Clinical Director Gianna Chapman is a new Jersey native, and a graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne (Bachelor of Psychology with a concentration in substance abuse, and a Master of Clinical and Counseling Psychology). She is a licensed Professional Counselor and board certified.

As Clinical Director, Gianna guides the clinical team to ensure that each patients’ specific needs are met, as well as conducting individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling sessions.

She chose to work in Addiction Counseling after witnessing family and friends in New Jersey suffer from addiction, and struggle with recovery. Gianna is energized by the positive changes she witnesses, as individuals engage in the process of healing and overcoming addiction.

Jenna is Admissions Counselor for The Counseling Center in Freehold, NJ. With a comprehensive awareness of the programs and resources available, she works to make sure the admissions process goes as smoothly as possible for new clients, and continually helps ensure that they get the help they need, when they need it.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ. She is an advocate for clients in need of help and support. She enjoys listening to what clients find challenging, while assuring them and showing them specifically how the professional staff of The Counseling Center can help them as they undergo the process of recovery.

Tom Roskin, Outreach Coordinator

Tom Roskin grew up in Roslyn, NY and graduated from Syracuse University (Bachelor of Arts). His work as Outreach Coordinator for The Counseling Center allows him to communicate with people all over New Jersey and New York, helping connect providers to the individuals seeking help and the resources they need to improve their lives.

Tom grew up in a family of caregivers, including professionals dedicated to providing mental and physical support to individuals seeking to overcome the disease of addiction. As a student he developed insights into how different professional and clinical roles collaborate in the community of care and recovery. He now enjoys meeting new people in the Continuum of Care, and building the professional relationships that lead to successful recovery for clients of The Counseling Center across New Jersey and New York.

Outpatient treatment is a perfect adjunct to inpatient rehabilitation, and for those who qualify, Intensive Outpatient is an effective, comprehensive program of treatment and follow-up care. The Counseling Center works hard to collaborate with treatment centers and providers to maintain a Continuum of Care in support of successful recovery.
